Wow, what a great experience at this dealership. From walking through the doors I was greeted by a very personable receptionist who was quick to ask if there was anything they could get me, and the reason for my visit. From there, the sales staff were great. Very knowledgeable on the cars and not pushy on the sale like many other dealerships. Will definitely be buying my next car from here and recommending to others.

Once again, I have returned to Volvo Slough, and once again, I am very pleased with the professional service, especially Usman was very helpful. I hope he will continue to be helpful when needed. I am a fan of the Volvo brand, and I really recommend the showroom in Slough to everyone.

I had a service booking 4 weeks in advance with Volvo slough a yellow engine light was on the dashboard when I dropped the car in. When I picked up the car after the service this yellow engine light was still on the dash board the service advisor Dru who called me to tell me me the car is ready for collection didn’t bother to tell me the light is still on. I only noticed this when I got in the car & when I returned to inquire about this he said I have to rebook the car for another day to have the issue looked at. This is completely unacceptable service.nIt is concerning that, despite having my car for the entire day, no one bothered to call/email me about the ongoing issue with the light, nor was I offered the opportunity to have it resolved while the car was already in for service. Instead, I was handed the invoice for the service without any discussion about the unresolved issue on the dashboard.nnWhen I raised my concerns about the lack of duty of care and the significant waste of my time, I was informed that I would have to wait another two weeks to rebook the car for the necessary repairs. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a Volvo dealership, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the way this matter was handled.

Mixed experience for a first time “Lounge Experience “. Downside - waiting at the desk to check-in can feel like an eternity if it’s busy. Not offered/informed about any coffee/water though I saw a couple of others had been brought one to them. There’s no partition between the front door and the seats so it can be quite cold every time someone walks in or out. Positives- the updates given during the service were professional and polite.

I recently purchased my second Volvo from this fantastic Dealership - Tom, Kieran who handled the sales documentation/registration/handover process and after sales support could not have been more helpful and professional, and were ably supported by James and Russell as part of the wider sales support team.  I cannot recommended this dealership highly enough for their professionalism and attention to detail. Sincere thanks to you all.
