I've bought many cars from many different manufacturers in my time, all over London and even a few overseas. Paul at Thames Fiat was by FAR the most brilliant I have ever encountered. The level of care and helpfulness with Paul was far beyond anything before. This dealer is an example of how it SHOULD be. I am over the moon with the car itself too, which had a few lovely touches that I wasn't expecting also. I only wish all car dealers were as good as this! Thanks Paul and the team!

The nicest car dealership ever. We have dealt with Abb each time, and he is just absolutely brilliant. Completely personalised service, never pushy or trying to upsell. I know nothing about cars so always feel nervous with anything regarding mine, but every time I visit I feel completely at ease. My husband and I could not recommend them more.

The sales team are always friendly helpful and not too pushy. Plenty of showroom and show court models in stock so likely to have something similar to what tour looking for to have a test drive there and then. The services desk side of things has Improved although still silly things like our dash cam disconnected not at a point which would of been easy to switch back on but the fiddly side.  No problems with it being disconnected during service, but put it back as you found it.

I am over the moon with the service provided. Craig has been incredible from start to finish and made this whole process a breeze I am 90 miles away. I have been kept up to date every step of the way. He is an absolute credit to the company. Thank you very much.

I purchased a lovely Abarth 595 in White with 4000 miles on it. Attention and service given was beyond reproach and AJ was an absolute Gentleman  I will be going back for servicing even though I reside 80 miles away. I might have to get the brake squeal looked at AJ if I may as its not going away but looking forward in seeing you all
