The best test for great customer service is how a company reacts when things don’t go according to plan. I bought a second hand Range Rover from them which was trade in by another customer. There were several problems that subsequently arose and Sytner sorted them out without charging me and even when it was not their direct responsibility. I have had a very good experience - Thank you Simon!

I have just brought a Mini from Sytner Slough and was very impressed with the service. Anish was very helpful and knowledgeable and is a great assist to the garage. I would definitely recommend buying from him and the garage again. Thanks Anish. I love my car.

I am extremely impressed with the service department at this mini dealer. Excellent support from the service manager Gary and also from Shahid who works as a driver. Both exemplary and could not have been more helpful.

Poor customer service, don't return calls and overall think they are something special compared to other dealerships. All flash, zero substance. Avoid. There are better Mini approved dealers who deserve your business.
