Spotless, well presented showroom. Friendly (not pushy) staff. My car was serviced, MOT'd, and returned to me cleaned inside and out. I was surprised to receive a text as I was killing time shopping, including a video of the 'healthcheck' of my car. Amazing service!

Another useless honda dealer. Promised to ring me back about a car and did not bother. Most likly because I asked if car was ex motability scheme. So some other customer will get sold a car that has been poorly repaired and toshed up due to not asking a simple question. Have a suzuki now. Honda is not even half the decent brand it was.

Very poor customer service, Bought a used Honda CRV. They tricked me into it. Soon after I paid I realise that windscreen was scratched and has stone chips all over. Before I start test driving The sales person Kept spraying water on the windscreen so I could not see damage to the windscreen. When I raised the issue the manager told me to claim from my insurance. And no service book. They make you sign the documents before you see them. Be careful with this dealer. Never going back to this dealer ever again.
