I would like to share my experience with the professional and attentive service at Mercedes-Benz - SloughnnFirst, I wanted to change cars, so I searched online for different Approved Used cars and eventually decided on a Mercedes EQE. Based on the official website, I found several vehicles within my budget, each located at different dealerships, some far and some near. I then inquired about the cost of transporting the vehicles and the possibility of arranging a test drive.nnWhile some dealerships did not respond promptly, Mercedes Benz - Slough showroom was one of the two that replied quickly. Since it was closer, I arranged a test drive there. As someone used to driving performance cars, I had reservations about switching to a fully electric vehicle.nnThe sales representative Mr Vasile handled the test drive. He was polite and professional, first introducing the features of the new EQB and the advantages of Mercedes' electric vehicles, such as their focus on driver control and experience which's differences from other electric cars. Although I had done my own research, his professional explanation helped me and my wife understand Mercedes' advantages even better.nnDuring the test drive, Vasile also suggested ways to better manage the car's regeneration brake, which further convinced my wife and me of the EQB's benefits and its suitability for our family.nnDespite being satisfied with the test drive, we wanted more time to consider our decision because the car's color was not our original choice, and there were significant price variations in the second-hand market for my current car. So, we planned to leave and continue our search online.nnHowever, Vasile thoughtfully introduced us to several additional insurance products and informed manager Kassam of our need for more time to consider. Kassam immediately understood our situation and made a special arrangement, offering a competitive trade-in price, saving us the hassle of selling our car in the second-hand market. He also provided an additional discount for the insurance & protection packages.nnUltimately, due to Vasile's excellent service and Kassam's delightful customer care, my wife and I decided not to consider other options and placed a deposit on the spot.nnWe are now eagerly awaiting the smooth delivery of our car!

They were transparent, understanding and super professional. An exceptional service provided by Vishal. Me and my family went in were discussing what we think we wanted and Vishal provided the details arranged the paperwork and car within a week. You cannot fault the speed and his experience.
