Long term review. I can 100% recommend Trevor. Bought my car 4 years ago from him now and its been an outstanding car from day one. Trevor really does car about the stock he buys and his aftercare is great also. The car was presented beautifully and trevor allowed me all the time I needed to inspect the car with no pressure. When I decided to go ahead with the sale he was very professional and I was soon on my way back to the North East. I had zero qualms travelling all that way to buy the car as trevor was very open and honest with answering any questions I had which made me feel at ease about making the trip in the first place. His aftersales is fantastic also as I had my car fault read by my local specialist who detected an issue with swirl flap plausibility and glow plug control unit. When I contacted trevor for advise on this he was very sorry to hear we had found an issue with the car and did all of the running work with arranging a warranty repair and a specialist who worked with warranty companies close to me.  Would happily buy again if trevor had the car I wanted.

I recently bought a BMW 335i from Trevor, and i cannot fault him in any way! i had been car hunting for months, and i knew EXACTLY what i wanted, i just hadnt found it. during my time looking for cars i met all of your typical car salesmen, who were just trying to sell me anything and everything to line there own pockets.  from day 1 Trevor was totally different, i personally wouldn't class him as a salesman at all! i work offshore, and i spotted the car while i was in the middle of a 2 week trip away, i instantly knew the car was for me, perfect spec/milage/price seems to be a trend with Trevors stock so i called him about the car, i was having problems with my banking offshore so couldnt send him a deposit for the car, and being cautious i wasn't keen on giving my card details out over the phone. Trevor totally understood & after i explained how long i had been looking he said he was willing to cancel all appointments he had for the car and promise it to me, and said i could pay the deposit when i got home! you dont get that from Evans Halshaw!  one thing i didnt quite like on the car was the standard colour of the silver 19" alloys, i told Trevor this and he offered to have them professionally powder coated to any colour of my choice. at no extra cost to myself!  Trevors communication is also brilliant, i got email replies & phonecalls up to 9:30pm and on sundays, again, you dont get this at your big dealers  Trevor put my car through its MOT before selling it, and it passed with no advisories, but he told me that when he was driving the car to his lock up, he noticed the rear heated window wasn't de-misting. so he took it to BMW and had it repaired. i have an Invoice to show this cost him £475, again at no cost to myself. and strictly speaking there was no reason he NEEDED to do that, it passed its MOT. and i wouldn't have noticed for a good few weeks. very thorough of him.  i was travelling to london all the way from the north east, by plane. the nearest airport i could get too was 1 hour away to trevor, due to flight availability, so trevor arranged for me to be picked up from the airport by a friend of his, beats paying for a taxi!  i got to him, and after he showed me all of the ins and outs of the car and let me have a test drive, we sorted the paperwork and i drove off, OVER THE MOON.  now i can even vouch for Trevors aftercare due to what happened next, i had been like a kid with a new toy, driving the car everywhere. and dove at the chance for a weekend up Edinburgh with my girlfriend. during the long drive back home that Sunday i got a misfire from the car, the misfires became more frequent and the car started to loose power. the warranty i got from Trevor had another couple of weeks before i could claim so i was seeing £ signs. i rang Trevor just to try and get some advice on what the problem could be before i took it to a garage. He was gob-smacked i was having a problem, and was EXTREMELY apologetic. he explained exactly what he thought it might be, and instantly dismissed my idea of me paying to fix it. he went on to find a BMW specialist in my area, booked my car in for when i was back offshore. and covered the cost to the replace the injectors, i picked the car up when i got back home a week ago and its driving like a dream! i also have an invoice from the garage which shows it cost Trevor £900  now how many dealers, at the other end of the country, who even gave you a warranty with the car, would fork out that kind of money?  Trevor will certainly get my business again, maybe an M3 next year ;  if this doesn't convince you to consider Trevor then nothing will. i have no connection to him at all, other than buying from him.  sorry for such a lengthy read, but i hope it was informative  James Douglas.

I had a good experience buying from Trevor Jones.  Very responsive via email and phone, and a pleasure to deal with.  Not just before I handed the cash over, but also very good after sales support. Recommended.

Very nice man, my only complaint was the price. But i guess you get what you pay for.
