Visited the Bradford branch for my 3rd renewal Golf... Yet again outstanding service from Ben and Jimmy!!! Very friendly (including all the orher staff) honest and kept me informed throughout process. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Will not look at anywhere else as the service you get can not be beaten.

From the initial enquiry right up until we got the keys to our new vehicle, the service provided was excellent. Everyone we spoke to was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help with any queries or questions we had. Particular thanks goes to James Mallinson and Steve Thompson for their first class service from start to finish. I could not recommend them highly enough!

I wish to make a special mention of your colleague Mike Chang at the above location. I have purchased four new cars and my daughter a polo with Mike over the years. We have recently picked up a new Passat. Mike has always made the car buying process an enjoyable one unlike many other retailers. He always explains everything fully and has always treated me and my family with the utmost courtesy. I never feel pressured or made to feel uncomfortable in my dealings with him. I just want to say thanks to Nick the workshop manager at Jct Volkswagen BFD... he came to assist me with a flat tyre as he was heading home when he didn’t really need to and it just shows how fantastic the people are , clearly customer service is top of their agenda.. I couldn’t be more grateful to Nick! I always take my car here for servicing and have such a great quick and professional service and now I’m even more impressed! THANKS SO MUCH!
