I can't fault them. I've had my car in with them twice for repairs and been really impressed with the customer service and the price. Friendly and straightforward advice with no hard-sell or unnecessary work. My friend bought a car from their used car dealership, a few years back, which he's been really happy with and it was his recommendation to use the garage side. Really glad I did and highly recommend.

I highly recommend buying your used car from here, freindly first class service . Whenever you pay less than 1.5k for a car you expect to be taking a gamble, well not so in this case. Staff were very helpful and I was able to make a decision quickly. As I said when paying so little you expect small problems with the vehicle. After a I spoke with them about a minor issue with steering it was repaired free of charge. A day or so after this I called again regarding an issue with the brakes. I was asked to return the vehicle ASAP as they didn't want a vehicle out which could have possible safety issues and was provided a company car with fuel with no extra charge. A true measure of the service a company gives can only be truly ascertained when things don't go smoothly. At every stage Pudsey Service Centre have gone above and beyond what would be expected. Ensuring I was never without a vehicle and never subject to undue stress or cost. Not only would I recommend Pudsey Service Centre I'd like to congratulate them on some of the best customer service I've ever had anywhere for anything.
