Great shop! Amazing selection of vinyls and fair prices.
Good selection of new and old. Had a larger metal section than the other location I went to. Everything is clean and orderly. All the vinyl is well protected and labeled. Would recommend if you’re looking for some music.
The legendary Manchester record shop situated in the Northern Quarter never fails to turn up interesting records. I went in for one thing and came out with three! Friendly knowledgeable staff. Five stars
Completely inaccessible for mobility issues. Unless you only want some brand new vinyls or used CDs and DVDs, you won't get near the good stuff. Cannot recommend
Excellent 2nd hand music store with a well displayed CD section which is what I collect. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pricing was very competitive! I'll be back.
Went to the annual RSD Special chasing 7 wants on my list ...alas only got 1.. but love this little gem of a store had some fantastic finds from here over the years used to visit more when I worked in the CC nice staff..helpful and oh there's some good bargains ..vinyl in the basement .. fab
My son took a vinyl in to exchange , the staff were amazing with him he’s only 12 fantastic selection , even I came out with a couple . Thanks for looking after him
Browse through a few record racks in the shop. However don't forget to remove the plastic protectors from the albums with an aire of incurious indifference. Then leave for some bloke behind the counter to sort out the mess. My records straight from my collection, in plastic protectors were dismissively returned to me this way when offered for sale. Impersonal, unfriendly staff, no interaction or banter, poor prices offered equals a generous mark up for the lads.
First time visiting to sell some CD's. Although the shop seems well stocked the staff seemed a bit blunt.
My first purchase from the Vinyl Exchange, I’ve not brought vinyl for years. My purchase was via Discogs. I made contact initially to gather some more info about the store and my purchase. Throughout my purchase Andy at the Vinyl Exchange has provided me with excellent customer service. He even upgraded my delivery so I got it before Christmas. They arrived today and I have to say I’m very happy. With all aspects of my order. I’ll be sure to visit if I’m ever up in Manchester. Thank you
