Great customer service. I've been waiting, after buying an Elgrand a few weeks ago, to do a review in case I needed to take it back for anything. I have had no faults with the car & only 1 case of numpty new owner and they returned my call immediately. I'm certainly planning on using Vine Place for any further work I want done.
Vine Place is a great company to deal with from start to finish. They are always willing to discuss any aspect of the sale, down to particulars of the cars, the reliability, performance, et cetera, and they always give honest answers. We have had two Nissan Elgrands from this dealer and they were brilliant both times and also while we were owners with ongoing questions about maintenance. Dave is a pleasure to speak to, as is Karl, and also Karen in the office. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vine Place as a trustworthy and dependable car dealer.
If you're looking for an Elgrand, this is the place to go! They're knowledgeable about the vehicle, and go the extra mile to ensure you're happy. If you can, I'd recommend getting the LPG conversion, you wont regret it.
Bought a trade in Octavia from here over two years ago. They were honest straight forward people. Been a fantastic car that's travelled around the world. Lots and lots of Japanese imports too so a great place to buy an imported car, highly recommended.
Nissan Elgrand 51 series 2, 2.5 Highway Star. Excellent service from Dave and Paul throughout. Paul let us take out a converted van on an unaccompanied test drive. We chose to go for a new conversion so that the internal colour scheme was our choice, we also asked for a slightly modified design for the conversion which Paul was happy to accommodate. Paul also offered some good advice based on his experience of conversions. Paul kept us updated on progress, sent some photos to show progress and didn't mind us popping in to have a look. I wanted an LPG conversion done before I took ownership. They recommended a person to do it and worked with him to do what was needed. We picked up the van on 23/12/21 on a very wet and dreary day, Paul had left the vehicle inside so we could inspect it without getting soaked. Very happy.
The people at Vine Place really know what they are doing and go above and beyond to make sure your new car is prepared to a veryhighstandard. I have read a lot of good reviews of Vine Place and after purchasing an Elgrand from them you can tell the reviews are genuine. When we went to look at the Elgrands we were surprised at how many they had in stock. Having owned an Elgrand before we knew what we wanted and they showed us a few that met our needs exactly. The one we picked had already been registered so we were told it could be ready the next week and true to their word it was. Arriving to pick it up and found it had four new tires not cheap budget ones either, heads up mileage display, tuner for phone etc, had been undersealled and serviced including fitting polybushes to front which a lot of other suppliers of Elgrands don't always do as diligently. We have no worries about our new Elgrand and feel confident that Vine Place will continue to look after our Elgrand and us in the future when any maintenance is required.
It’s been MANY years ago. But I had an excellent experience when buying my first Nissan Skyline R33 from VinePlace. Importing it to Sweden where I lived back then. I now live in Durham, North Carolina - USA for an interesting fact of life .
Bought my E52 from vine place and absolutely love it. The experience with vine place is brilliant friendly and professional from start to finish and nothing is a problem to them. They have since looked at my elgrand due to a small issue I was having and they fitted it in to there workshop even tho they were extremely busy . I would 1000000% recommend vine place .
