My daughters car was re called for a fault regarding a rear window and while it was in your workshop you kindly did a wellness check. Advice on the problems would have been very helpful  to arrange repair at a suitable time to suit ourselves instead the mechanic has poked a huge hole in part of the exhaust system and we found out when driving home it sounded like a tank and needed to be done immediately or risk prosecution. We then had to pay a 10 mile £21 taxi fare home from an Exhaust Centre and now make arrangement to go back to pick the car up today This could have been avoided if only we were given the advice and not been forced into it. The car was fine when it went in and in the future we will not be using this branch of Toyota.

Tip top customer service from start to finish. A no hassle experience for a busy family, we recently purchased a second small run about car from here and were very pleased with every aspect of the service.

Very welcoming staff, very quick to process your arrival, the car was looked at quickly and the issue was resolved with no further problems. Great customer service!

I recently bought a Hyundai Ix35 from Lancaster Toyota Durham. I was very impressed with their professionalism and was not pestered with any pushy sales tactics or after sales as I was at other dealerships I inquired with with.  I found the car on Auto Trader and contacted the company via the live chat feature which was followed up by a call from their MS about my part exchange and what I wanted for it. They send a video of the vehicle which was handy.  I picked up the vehicle last Saturday and very happy with my experience with Lancaster Toyota Durham. The car was ready for me on the forecourt when I arrived and after a seamless completion of paper work I was able to drive away within the hour as had a 3 hour drive back to the north west.  Car was in an excellent condition and would definitely consider buying from them again in the future and would recommend to anyone

I bought an imported Toyota Vellfire and had it serviced and repaired in Durham Stoneacre. The staff were extremely responsible and patient, and I will definite come back if I need more help.

The standard of customer care is not determined by the name of the company but by the calibre of its staff. I have just used this service department for the first time but have experience of several other Toyota sites. I can say the customer care at Durham is of the highest standard - there was a genuine interest from all the staff as I waited for the work to be carried out. Courtesy, efficiency, friendliness and politeness seemed just natural and complemented efficient and good quality workmanship on my car. I will definitely return for servicing and new car purchase. One of the very best Toyota dealerships I've dealt with.

Bought my car from here felt very safe with social distancing.  Very helpful staff . Chris Palmer was great will definitely tell people about this garage  .

I put diesel  in my petrol car at the garage right next door to the showroom, i did not start the car, I went round to the showroom and explained to James Sales manager what I had he done, he quickly sorted the recovery of  my car and got it round to the garage quickly. Sarah in service sorted the removal of the fuel and flushing of the tank and fuel pipes, they did this even though they were busy, they went above & beyond im really grateful to them and their team for ghe swift action taken, car is running fine thanks to them, excellent  customer service.
