I part exchanged a 64plate subaru wrx sti with this dealer and they where very helpful and easy to get the matter done with no problems at all. I part exchanged it for a blue 16 plate wrx sti and it has developed a fault at 10month old with 12200miles on clock. Now they don't seem to be interested whatsoever. My car has been there a week and I've just been informed on Friday it will be atleast another week before its even looked at. 30grand for this car and it's off the road due to a fault and they are in no rush to get the car back to me. They also seem to be trying to worm there way out of it by dragging this matter out going on about service when it been serviced etc but just because I didn't get it serviced there they being funny about it yet the garage I get it done at contacts subaru and gets the parts what he needs so it's all genuine etc. It seems this place is more than happy to take your money off you but if your car develops a fault under warranty they aren't in any rush to get your car sorted. I personally will never by a car from here again due to the customer service I'm getting now for a car that doesn't come cheap and is very rated on the market. I'm a massive massive subaru lover too but as for the experience from here they have put me right off.
