I have used the car park in Adam Street ever since it first opened. Today I arrived at 9.08am to pay for 3 hours. I put £3 into the machine and got a ticket for 2 hours. I tried to buy an extra hour but the machine would not allow me to. So I put the ticket on my dashboard and as note to say I had paid until 12noon. On my return at 11.08am, as I was too worried to leave my car any longer,  the jobs worth attendant was near my car so explained what had happened. I had tried to phone the office at 9.10 but could only leave a message which I did. The attendant told me he could n't help it if I was blind and could not read the small sign at the bottom of the pay kiosk . By then a sign had been put by the pay slot   Hmm I wonder why ??  THE ATTENDANT was arrogant and rude.The large sign with the tarriff had also been concealed with a sticker over the prices !!!
