We tried to park here 2 weeks ago but we couldn't afford the display ticket. Luckily our car is tiny so it slid under the arm barrier pretty easily. Unfortunately, we were caught by the security guard who demanded we pay the toll. So my 21 clown comrades and I all stepped out of the vehicle and checked our pockets for money. There were butterflies flying everywhere from the sheer emptiness of our wallets. So when the guard wasn't looking, one of my clown comrades approached him from behind and pulled a coin from his ear. Luckily that was enough to pay the toll. However, we'd like to send our sincere apologies to the security guard. It was a moment of desperation. We all feel very guilty for it. Honks melancholically
This location marker is in the wrong place, you actually have to go down Curran Embankment and look for the sign marked "Depot". Please fix the marker and/or make it a bit more clear on the ticket - I had a panic attack when I arrived at the wrong place as we were already very late due to traffic. Its expensive too, but at least you can pre-book and get a guaranteed spot - the official event parking was half the price but I didn't want to risk that because you couldn't reserve it in advance.
We had a parking space booked with this company for the Ed Sheehan concert. Emailed by them on the morning that they had their spaces taken away from them and we were left without parking. Asked for a full refund but this never materialised and we have now been left with no parking and out of pocket. Wouldn’t recommend!
Booked trade Street warehouse car park back in May and now 3 weeks before the event had it cancelled as they can no longer accommodate me. Looked online and still places avialble but at a higher price, be warey if booking of last minute cancellations
10-minute walk to the city centre, as stated on their website and a 5 minute walk into town! Used many times of the years for the Speedway Events in Cardiff! Excellent service, secure parking and not far from the stadium. Made my day out with my sons a lot easier and hassle free! Highly recommended. Thank you!
Curran Road Car Park is an excellent car park if you want a quick exit onto the M4 after any concerts and to avoid road closures and the manic traffic jams via North Road and getting blocked in for hours trying to get out of multi storeys car parks. It is well organised from booking online and the attendants who check you in. The one downside is that the website states it is a 5 minute walk to the principality stadium. This is not true it is more like 15 minutes for an able bodied person to reach the entrance to gate 7 so if you are disabled you need to be aware of this. Once you have parked up its about a 5 minute walk to the main road opposite the station entrance then you have to cross a busy road and make your way under the bridge towards Walkabout another 5 minutes then turn next left and make your way to the principality stadium to Gate 7 another 5 minutes. If your disabled in a wheelchair or on crutches depending on the severity of you disability these times may vary
You might be directed far into an industrial estate and parked wherever there’s a space for a car. Be prepared for a walk back to where you wanted to go. Some of the access roads in the estate are narrow. Parking attendants are helpful if you need local information.
Fantastic servce. Easy to get to, polite and helpful attendant. They were there until we left and helped us beat the traffic! Recommend for any principality stadium events!
Ideal location for Principality Stadium; booking a space was straight forward and a lot cheaper than other car parks. Highly recommended .
"Save time and money, reserve your parking space today"..... oh wait.... "Not taking any bookings at this point", useless! Also no mention of charges on the website?!
