Ed Sheeran Concert Positives: Central Location, cost Negatives: I pre-booked a space which in theory was a fabulous idea, the problem is there are x2 entrance barriers to the car park and not one dedicated just to people who have pre-booked a space. At a big event people who have not pre-booked a space are waiting at the entrance barriers for a space to become avalible so that they can enter the car park. This then causes those who have pre-booked a space no way of accessing the car park. Queues then form because the car park is full, probably because the spaces have all be pre-booked but those who have pre-booked can not get in - so nobody can move anywhere - there were no staff to direct traffic. It also took over an hour to get out of the car park after the concert, we did anticipate this but just a warning to others!!
Our go to Cardiff car park, reasonable, secure and convenient
Has advertisements all over the car park for their app that apparently saves you money, yet the app cannot be used on your first parking visit. You must register prior to parking & scan at the entry barrier. This is not made clear in any marketing. The ground level bays are tiny and the only available space was sandwiched between two concrete barriers. Be warned, the ceiling is very low meaning that top-opening boots can possibly hit it! FYI Some people seem to be reviewing for the nearby Adams Street NCP car park, reader discretion advised!
Total rip off machines not that easy to use .no wonder people don't come to town often.
It's a NCP car park, all undercover and is clean and you only pay for the time you stay rather than using the Adam Street literally next door which is also a NCP but not under cover, you have to pay for your time in advance and cost £14.95 for the same time that cost £5.95 in Pellet Street???
Pain in the backside paying before rather pay when I leave seems more fair that way. Bit of nightmare of car park people just parking in the middle of the road waiting for someone else to come out blocking the road other road users. Nightmare.
Perfect place to park when going to a match
We parked here recently for a conference. I booked my parking in advance on the NCP website and everything worked perfectly for entry and exit. The price was reasonable considering it is central Cardiff and so was very convenient. There were plenty of spaces to park when we arrived and I felt it was safe to leave my car there.
Decent car park - Easy to find, good price and very easy to navigate around. The spaces are pretty large and the corners in the car park are not massively tight meaning that you are not as likely to scrape your car as in some places. The car park is very central and within very easy reach of the best parts of Cardiff

To not bore the readers , I just want to warn you all parking at this multi story carpark! . I paid for a 3 day parking and on the second day early morning my car window was smashed . Lots of extra money spent and no refund from NCP as moved my car to a safer location early, also no chance of putting a claim against them for what happend in there carpark.
