Easy to find but spaces are really small so not really suitable for large cars. Also for some unknown reason NCP have got rid of the automatic billing in app. I have no idea why so don't get caught out
Rip off car parking if you are staying over 4 hours at £24.95, with limited signage to inform you on prices. They get on the way in stating it's £1.95 an hour purposely misleading you. Also the app wasn't working so couldn't get thenslightly reduced price on it. There must be something in the British Parking Association code of conduct against this! Stay away.
Extortionate price, charged £24.95 for 5 hours parking. No clear signs on way in as to prices for this amount of time else wouldn't have parked there. Parked with NCP before and never had to pay this much.
They like to handout final notices before sending you reminders. Always use this car park for going in to Cardiff and always pay. Forget to pay once and get shafted won't be using it again.
Would give zero stars if I could - £25 for 4 hours 9 minutes because I had to queue for over 20 mins as the pay app wasn’t working, and the pay later function wasn’t working either. Total daylight robbery, will never park here again!
