* DO NOT USE *nUnfortunately can’t give any less than one star, and it doesn’t deserve that. A very poor car park. On attendance the one shutter to gain access is shut and no persons around to even assist. Once in a nightmare to direct yourself around no clear signs for any payment tariffs. I used this car park for not even 3 hours and upon returning to pay it for parking there I was charged £23, again no clear signage for this - absolutely ridiculous and overpriced. The whole car park and stairs smell of urine, and when I say smell it is an extreme stale stench of it. The lift inside the car park doesn’t work with no signs to make anyone aware. I’ve used this car park once before a few years ago and the price was no where near this extortionate and the condition of the car park wasn’t this poor. A really disappointing experience. You are charging a high amount for it at least use the money to make the facility better. Wouldn’t recommend parking here a rip off.
Possibly the most expensive car park I have ever been in. Stuck in the middle of a one way system and inadequately sign posted. Once inside and the automatic door shuts behind you are in the largest concrete urinal I have ever been in. Parking bays are just big enough for a car but not if your passengers want to get out. Use the NCP app to get a £1 reduction in the hourly rate and still be in the most expensive car park I have ever been in.
Horrible car park.nnVery small ramps, really tight, some cars in front couldn't even make it up a floor without doing three point turns.nnSpaces are tiny, and lots of people drive obnoxiously large cars which effectively take up two spaces. Not helped by the fact some people can't park straight or within the lines even if their car isn't that big.nnWhole place stunk of urine, was upsetting to see a homeless man was sleeping by the lifts covered in cardboard boxes, pay machine took ages to work, and for 3pm Saturday until about 11am Sunday cost £33 for the privelige of parking here.nnAvoid if you can, may be better to find another car park further away which is actually managed properly. Didn't get the impression that it was exactly safe to leave a car here either as didn't see any sort of security on site.
Wish I could give 0 Stars. Insanely high pricing for only a few hours- felt scammed only displayed in tiny letters and numbers at the entrance, no where else. The highlight of this car park with small bays are the urine soaked walkways strewn with food and rubbish.
AVOID!!! What a rip off. Only 1 payment machine. Cost £17.85 to park for 2 hours & 5 mins. Was ultimately over my time because of the long queues to pay. Only 1 working lift. Homeless people sleeping everywhere. What a joke!
