Just paid £18 for just over 2hrs parking on a Sunday evening, at a car park that used to have £5 evening rate and as far as I can tell they’ve changed next to nothing to warrant charging these exuberant rates.nnThe car parks pedestrian access door isn’t even locked has a keyboard to enter reg to get in, but it is clearly not in use. So your vehicle isn’t even safe, despite them giving the expectation that it is, see other posts about break ins.nnOn top of that, the services provided are not remotely adequate. The spaces are narrow and short, the stair well stinks of urine. So for them to charge what they charge is absolutely outrageous. Won’t be visiting here, or any other NCP again.
Outrageously expensive even with a discount code, no disabled pedestrian access from several floors, lights do no stay on long enough to be useful and it absolutely reeked.nnOn top of that, a lot of the spaces are not only too narrow but too short, and the area to drive in between the rows of spaces is too narrow - when I returned to my car, the space directly behind me had been taken and had it not been for the spaces next to that and also next to me on one side still being free, I would not have had enough room to maneouver my car out of the space!nnAvoid.
As told by NCP staff when I asked if there was a problem with there system. After being charged £32.95 for just over 6hrs.No mate this is the most expensive place to park in Cardiff, seamed to be quite proud of the fact.nWe haven't used this car park for a while and will never use it again and will cancel all NCP membership. Also will post on all platforms possible to save others being tucked up. Others in our party that day paid £11 _£12 in 2 other car parks in the centre of Cardiff.nYOURS ABSOLUTELY DISCUSSED F. LYONS
No signs stating the parking charges except a large sign saying ‘£9.99 for 24 hours’ on the outside. However, I parked for 7 hours and expected to pay around £15, like the other car parks in Cardiff charge. Got back to my car to a £32 charge!! Absolutely extortionate. I would never have parked here had I known it would cost that much.nnCar park has tiny spaces, many of which you couldn’t even get into because of cars being parked opposite. Stinks of wee.
This car park doesn't deserve any stars.nStayed for less than 8 hours to watch the cricket and was charged £32.95 for the privilege.nDon't waste money parking here as ridiculously expensive, and it's not even clean, and as others have said, it smells of urine.
