Plenty of good facilities in rooms on the 'upper deck'. Pool was quite small but plenty good enough. Gym is split into two rooms, so make sure to find the big cardio one! Just ask an instructor as they were very helpful. Great breakfast. Lovely evening food, pricey, but nice.

Location is fine if you don't want to be in Chester itself. Room was nicely decorated. Bed a little too firm. Food was very nice, both breakfast and dinner. Gym facilities were good and staff very friendly.

Bar food is superb and staff are all wonderful people and a great place to be any day of the week. Even better place when football ⚽ match is on or boxing 🥊 real good atmosphere with great people

Nice room, good facilities but housekeeping poor, no towels,no water,coffee replacement, cleanliness poor, smelly bathroom.

Room was a standard hotel room, large TV, kettle, tea, coffee etc. The breakfast was great, plenty of food on the buffet and fresh fruit. There is a pub and a Starbucks within the hotel. Check in is all self service, likewise check out.
