The Village is in the middle of renovating with signs everywhere. I didnt expect the first room I was allocated to be dusty, tv didnt work. I went to reception and this is where I experienced the best customer service. Ceri Ann not only changed my room, but recommended the room and booked the same room for my stay the following week. I've stayed in the hotel for 3 weeks with work, breakfast is ok, only suggestion would be more Special K, lots of choice of cereals for children but as an adult very little beyond cooked breakfast, pastries, toast and no fresh fruit

Very reasonably priced hotel considering the facilities on offer which included pool, gym, coffee shop, sports bar and meals available throughout the day. The rooms are modern but larger than most hotels at a similar price point. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Quality of the food I had was good and service, considering how busy it was very quick. Overall very satisfactory and will definitely return

Great location. Staff super friendly and helpful. Bar area is lovely, we didn't use the spa/gym facilities so cannot comment, but seems popular! Starbucks onsight was a huge bonus!!nRoom - the place is a maze, finding out room was a nightmare!! It honestly took us like 20 minutes, and no I'm not stupid I stay at hotels regularly, it was so confusing! Once found, the room was nice, bit dusty, the bed was the best part, so comfortable! The buffet in the morning, fruit selection could have been better, the second morning, hardly any hot buffet available, not sure how long for but it was super busy and loud!nYes, I would stay again. Now I know the layout of the hotel, wouldn't opt in for the breakfast.

I attend the Village Gym St David's regularly & I can highly recommend the variety of classes they offer. The instructors are very capable delivering to a high standard, Claire, Andy & Jake to name a few.nWhat is also really appealing is the welcoming received from the reception staff every time I attend. Every credit to Ann, Karen, Collette, Callum & the rest of the team with the help they provide & always managing to put on my face.nI can highly recommend.

Love it here!nThe staff are fab, they make everything easier. Can't fault the rooms, the cleanliness and the catering!nMassive thanks to Tina, Mo, Heather and Mike!
