I have had 6 sessions with Charles over a period of 3 months.The effects have been remarkable ! My lower back pain is greatly reduced and I have much improved mobility and joint flexibility. Charles is quite adept at getting the levels of intensity just right. His medical background provides an insight and clarity into the causes of tension and blockages. The treatments are uplifting and leave me with an enhanced feeling of well being. Looking forward to my next session !

I have struggled for some time with lower back and neck pain. I contacted Charles at a point when the pain was really quite debilitating. The consultation and treatment were done in Charles' simple and peaceful home surroundings, and this along with his gentle, unrushed, but assured approach put me at my ease. The treatment was very much tailored to my needs and adjusted to exactly what was right for me, and with additional advice around self-help, I have seen a real improvement. Excellent all round! Thanks Charles!

I went to see Charles with a stiff and tight lower back. From the start of the treatment he was professional and thorough. He discovered tightness in my lower back, glutes and hamstring and loosened the area, he then continued on to my lower legs and feet ! I left feeling loosened and ready to go - thanks very much. I would thoroughly recommend and i will be back !
