The hotel is nice - nothing special, but clean and well kept with friendly staff. Easily accessible from the east literally just off the main road. Not much in the way of services or amenities at the hotel or nearby, but with the main road so close you don't have to drive too long to find something.

Stayed 3 nights. Extremely quiet (room 20), clean, spacious, v comfortable bed, good heating (ie controllable), excellent shower, windows opened. Staff all extremely friendly, warm and helpful. Highly recommended. Just one thing to note - if you're arriving from the west, Google Maps sends you via an unmetalled road - basically a farm track but it's actually fine!

Stayed overnight as dog friendly. Limited facilities as no restaurant and Burger King next door was closed on arrival, and doesn't open until 11am. Room was fine, nice bed and good bathroom. Thought it might be noisy as located on the A55, but it wasn't a problem. A comfortable night and good value.

Clean, comfortable basic accommodation. Very good value for money. Nice comfy beds and unlike Premier Inn you can open the window for fresh air!

Nice comfortable hotel with spacious clean rooms and really friendly staff. Would have given it five stars if it had more facilities. Will definitely be back.
