Deeside Leisure Centre is the largest Leisure Centre in North Wales it boasts-Sports Hall, Eight Badminton Courts, Four Squash Courts, Multi Activity Room, "Playdays" Creche, 6 3G turf pitches, Conference Room, Bridges Health & Fitness Suite, Weight Training Room, Grass Football Pitch.

Deeside Ice Rink
Part of the Deeside Leisure Centre complex in Queensferry, is the National Centre for Ice Sports in Wales and boasts an Olympic size ice pad catering for a variety of ice sports and activities including, Ice Hockey, Curling and Disco nights.

Very busy leisure centre especially on Sunday nights when the ice hockey is on. You're lucky to get a parking space!nGood facility though & a nice little cafe
Came here for the whole family to try ice-skating after seeing the New York Islanders and team GB play ice hockey last year. There were other rinks within a 45min radius of us but we came here because of the family package deal and the kids skating aids available. Though I lasted less than 2 seconds the kids had a great time pushing around a big penguin . They gained a lot of confidence and we'll be becoming back to keep learning. Such a shame we don't live closer so they can do lessons. Afterwards we found the food to be reasonably priced for lunch and then they went to the inflatable park where they had lots of thrills bouncing around. Even after all that they had the energy to warm down in the playground which can be easily missed amongst the paid for activities. All in all an incredibly fun day out.
Very fun times to be had ive took my daughters afew times recently been to long since I last went my eldest 13yrs is loving iceskating. The staff are awesome and willing to help give pointers. Lots of other activities to do. There is a cake shop a cafeteria. Very close bus stops from broughton way and holywell just look out for the big blue bridge
The ice rink is really well looked after and the queues for entry and skate hire move very fast as they're well staffed. My daughter fell on the ice and we found a first aider very quickly who gave us an ice pack.
Perfect Leisure! Good atmosphere, disco music
