They are lucky to get 3 stars from me!  What a rotten experience from start to finish! The best thing was the automatic door in - and especially out!!
Here are some of the things I endured so judge for yourself if they would bother you.  No one on reception when I arrived, waited a while.  First night room was OK. Heating not perfect and very old, noisy system.  We decided to stay second night as fitted our plans.  We had to move rooms as ours was a favourite of a regular guest.  The room hadn't been used for weeks, maybe months.  The heating was completely broken (January I,m snow). It was so cold I sat wrapped up until they brought a little connector heater which took about 5 hours just to take the chill off the room.  There was no heating in the bathroom obviously and I couldn't take convector in so I couldn't get my desperately desired shower until nighttime. The TV. Didn't work so again wait for maintenance guy to sort that. The bed because the room had been without heating and unused for weeks felt so cold it took me back to winter mornings in the 1960,s in a house with only one coal fire,  for those old enough to remember how it was when you got into bed and didn't move a muscle from the one bit you managed to warm up for yourself! All in all 3 visits were required by maintenance guy and they never did get the heating to work.  They had ample opportunity to offer me a different room and didn't.  I hold them responsible for that.  Awful stay and service!!

One of the best if all this establishments manifestations.  Holiday Inn being current long line of operators.  Clean and comfortable tooms, friendly and helpful staff.  Cant really ask for more :-)

Very good. Clean and well kept rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfy.

Was pleasantly surprised by the nice big room, given the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel room was really spacious and had a good sized bed. Very comfy and clean. Car park was a good size. My only problem was the layout of the bathroom, despite being a large room it felt cramped and not well laid out.
