My son and I visited the shop today as he is considering buying a tarantula. I found the gentleman who came to help us incredibly knowledgeable and no question was to silly. We felt that the advice given was excellent and covered every aspect of the arachnid's care. As we left we felt that we knew everything that we needed to make a decision as to whether it was a suitable choice of 'pet' to have. The shop itself was neat and tidy. All of the pets were in perfect habitats and very well cared for. It made us feel confident that this would be the perfect place to buy a pet. Many thanks to the staff member who helped us today.

An independant retailer with a great selection of fish, reptiles etc. Also, I always find that they have everything in stock that I could need. Most importantly though, is the fact that you can always talk to someone friendly who knows what they are talking about and can genuinely offer great advice. I've used them for both tropical and cold water fush supplies and I have to say that they have been consistently excellent.

Fantastic brick and mortar store with a huge selection of equipment and foods for any animal you're going to keep, they also have an impressive live stock selection at very competitive prices. Unlike the big online shops, Viking have a huge selection in store and do not reply on suppliers having your order in stock to drop ship to you. Well worth a visit!

A good selection of small fish, tanks and accessories. Staff always seem knowledgeable.
