Always pleasant staff in this store. We were late to bring our dog to get his nails trimmed but the lady was very accommodating and friendly. She was also very good with our greyhound who is a bit nervous!
Love their range of cat toys, beds and accessories. Popped in to collect food from the vets and saw all of the new Halloween things so had to get a few bits! Great quality and value.
Really lovely vets.. they supported me a fair few years back when my 1st cat passed away and now all 4 of my cats 2 being kittens when registered are registered and couldn't be happier! Every time we visit we keep comfortable and happy
First ever visit to the vets with our unwell guinea pig. Vet Leah was fantastic, caring and compassionate throughout our three visits. She kept us informed and was very professional. Overall a positive experience and we found everyone at the store was helpful and supportive. Thank you
I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I initially asked a staff member lady for help purchasing a guinea pig. Although she began watching us, her attitude was unfriendly from the beginning. She asked for photos of our existing cage, which I didn’t have at the time, so I decided to purchase another cage in-store, assuming her concern was for the animal’s well-being.nnWe had already visited the day before but had to leave because the store was about to close, so I was trying to avoid the same situation again. The staff member placed the cage near the cashier and then left to assist another customer, leaving me waiting with four children, including a baby and a 3-year-old, for over 20 minutes.nnWith closing time approaching more than 30 minutes for closing , I asked another staff member for help. The cashier contacted the original employee, who said she was busy with someone else. This was confusing, as she had been watching me and left without explanation. Another employee was called over, but he was also quite rude and said they were short-staffed and might not have time to help us.nnWhen the original lady finally returned, her attitude was even worse—she was rude, sarcastic, and behaved in a way that felt discriminatory. The only positive part of the experience was the cashier, who remained polite and professional throughout.nnOverall, the customer service was unacceptable, and the experience was very frustrating.
