I went here with my daughter who had bought a couple of pet rats from them a week before. I asked questions about the upkeep of them and the man I spoke to was very helpful, he remembered my daughter and asked without prompting how the girls were and had a full conversation with her about them. He clearly has emotional involvement with the animals that they sell and this means a lot as far as I'm concerned. The shop itself is in a great place, opposite the post office centre and there's lots of parking space around. Access is easy and the aisles are wide to allow disabled access. All in all it's 10/10 from me. Well done Jollyes
Couldnt have had better service. Staff were super helpful with carrying my cat/s to the vet at the back if the store. Very polite and very friendly, and given the very high temperature in store that day and all wearing masks, they didnt give me any impression they were struggling. I was, so they must have been, as they couldn't get away from it.
The staff at Jollyes are so helpful and friendly, they are happy to order items and contact you when in store. Great selection for my dogs. Good prices. The staff get my 5 stars.
Not in stock?Just ask staff and they are more than happy to order stuff for you.Friendliest staff members I've found in a pet store,happy to share their own experiences with their pets.Good solid base stock supplying everything I've wanted.Ipswich store has handy parking outside and disabled access.Usually a water bowl outside too.
Some bargains to be had here, the stock seems to be moving slowly but my dog owning friends were well pleased with my selections for Xmas treats! Very uncrowded!
Friendly and helpful staff, although staff explained that checking stock on Jollyes website for in-store stock doesn’t work as website is a few days behind what they actually have available in store, making my visit a miss. Range available is good and clearly marked.
The staff were very helpful. Nice chap who helped me find some calming spray for my cat. He was knowledgeable about the ingredients and saved me some money by comparing two products.
Fantastic staff always very friendly and helpful with anything you may need or questions you may have. Stock levels and sizes not always available but they are always happy to help solve any issues.
I visited Jollyes to collect some cat toys and cat furniture. The customer service and pricing were great - not an enormous selection but good quality nonetheless.
