Absolutely incredible gent owns this place and has gone above and beyond for me on a couple of separate occasions. First time he was actually closed because it was Christmas Eve but he let me come in and buy gecko food. Then today I went there because I'd lost the clamp for my tortoises heat lamp and he said he had one spare and let me have it for free! Genuinely lovely helpful guy, definitely recommend

Great shop for your reptile needs. Also offers holiday boarding service with very reasonable charges. Don't be put off by the name "Suffolk Reptiles" as this is a pet shop that has products for all pet requirements.

Fantastic 1st class service. Had a vivarium for our beardie made up. Did everything we wanted in perfect timing. Very helpful, full of knowledge and highly recommend. Our beardie is now enjoying his lovely new home!!!

Didn't stock any reptiles.  Small selection of birds.

Great place for my reptilian sons obsession
