Only awarding one star as none is not an option. Fish tanks disgusting. Only happy fish were the algae eaters. One Oscar fish half dead and being eaten alive by snails. Most fish appear tattered from being attacked by inappropriate tank mates and/or lack of care. Would not risk putting one into my tank! Genuinely upsetting and horrified.

I am giving them only 1 star because they clearly do not actually care about providing quality care to the aquatics and reptiles they are selling. Even after being informed of not housing an axolotl under safe conditions, specifically with little rocks that can be swallowed easily and will kill them, they did not care! I suggest not doing any business with this place!

I would give this store 0 stars if possible. One is too many. After being informed that keeping axolotls on gravel is very dangerous and WILL result in impaction and Wil kill them, she did not care. She even responded with “i know” and shrugged it off. She does not care About the well being of her animals. If you buy an axolotl from her chances are it’s already impacted and could die. Don’t support petshops because all they care about is money and not the well being of their animals. And this is yet again another example of just that. So do yourself and the animals you’re buying a favor and buy from an experienced breeder who knows what they’re doing, who will give you a healthy perfect cute little animal and please don’t support businesses like this one.

They keep their fish in conditions not suitable to what is needed. We advised the woman working in the shop that you cannot keep axolotls on stones especially juveniles, as they suck up their food and the stones go in their mouth and they swallow them and will die from this. She couldn’t care less and admitted she knows this could kill them. Absolutely disgraceful. Would not recommend. It’s a shame the minimum you can give them is 1 star because they don’t deserve that.
