A friendly guest house, they make you feel welcomed. At such short notice, room was lovely. Could of had full English, but not me, plenty to eat and such a lovely choice.
Staff polite and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Good , clean, straightforward B&B on a quiet avenue with parking outside (up to 9am after which you have to pay). Crisp clean sheets and nice bacon for breakfast. It was ideal for visiting the superb Edward Bawden exhibition in Bedford
