FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Dealership, my Corolla hybrid came in for a coolant shortage on the inverter coolant side and they had my TAXI in for 20mins only to come back saying we need your taxi for 2 whole days to investigate the leak if there is one. The radiator was leaking clearly seen through the bumper grill vent and pink anti freeze residue showing leakage on radiator and was told to rebook for 2 whole days what a con artis rip off mechanics and management. I questioned the new member of staff will some one call me to discus further and was assured but no one got back to me left me with a massive leak that could have destroyed my taxi then only to buy from them again what an horrible experience . Lost faith in this dealership as I pushed thousands of money worth on parts and use to promote hundred's of taxi drivers here what a let down also please see my pics that show it was evident of this leak and was fobbed off. I feel sorry for the elderly who could have been another victim of an old fashion Kwik for scam. I will be posting on google trust pilot and auto trader reviews as I’m so heart broken with this treachery.nnDA19WGJ
Was searching for a new car, after a week of trawling the internet as I didn’t really know what I wanted, I found the ideal car online at Vantage Toyota Wakefield. I turned up unannounced on a Saturday morning, greeted very professionally and then Beth took over our care. Offered us refreshments, had a chat and then took my car yes I’m calling it my car already for a test drive. Perfect. Signed the paperwork and collect it next week. Good follow up service already from Beth and the after sales team. Not pushy sales, just explained what they have, what credit options would be available if interested, also explained optional extras. Again, no pushy sales techniques, just great customer service. Again offered refreshments. Many thanks to Beth and the rest of the team
First time buying a car and it was the best experience I've ever had from Darren at toyota wakefield. Thank you so much for all your help. I'm in love with my first car
