From the first moment we were greeted by Darren Sharp Sales Specialist at Toyota Wakefield we had nothing but brilliant customer services. Darren took the time to show us different cars on the forecourt even in what turned out to be VERY heavy rain. Our questions were answered in detail and the attention to detail and turn around time of the vehicle was excellent. All member's of the team that we met were courteous and made us feel very welcome. On picking up the car the documents were ready, the whole process was stress free and very smooth. The Vehicle had been cleaned and a detailed walk through of the Cars features was explained. Thank you to all the staff and especially to Darren Sharp.
Lee helped me find and buy my perfect first car! He was so accommodating and kind, talked me through the process and it always felt like he had my best interests in mind when advising me. Lee went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was okay - even after I had bought the car. I noticed some minor discrepancies and the Wakefield Team were so quick and so helpful in rectifying it. Would highly recommend this garage.
Absolutely fabulous staff. I was kept waiting two days before Christmas but I couldn’t fault them as I’d had a coil spring pop off and they were on skeleton staff two days before Christmas. Anyway, we’d been kept waiting and my nine year old was kept well past his dinner he loves to eat! but she shared her fish and chips with him and they got on really well. She made him a hot chocolate and made him feel really special. Debbie was great, she made my sons day!
A great experience buying a car from Vantage Toyota Wakefield, from start to finish. Ordering the vehicle was simple & painless, Lee was very helpful & personable & I was always kept well informed of my new vehicle’s arrival date. Also, communication was great throughout the process, all questions answered & never a problem too big. Debbie on the desk was extremely warm & friendly & especially great with my son who accompanied me upon collecting the vehicle. I would highly recommend buying from Vantage Toyota Wakefield.
Recently purchased a new car and dealt with a wonderful salesperson called Mark. Not the stereotypical pushy style, but friendly and really kind. Definitely ask for him!!! Received good service throughout, lovely receptionist Debbie was welcoming and attentive too. Feel confident of future relations and recommend Vantage Wakefield.
As always great service! I’ve been using this garage since 2005 for servicing as well as buying cars before leasing. I used the collect and drop off service when I booked my car in for its service online. Received a video of the checks carried out and phone call to let me know when they had finished and my car was being returned. Definitely recommend for a reliable, friendly competitive service.
Brought my car in for a service on the 28th December - surprisingly busy! Despite that Debbie was there to greet me with a smile, offered me a drink and again later and found me a quiet place to sit where I could read my book while I waited. First class service from Debbie who was very friendly and attentive throughout my stay. As for the car service, this was swift and thorough as always. They even cleaned it for me!! Very happy with my experience.
I collected my new Yaris today and it was a fab visit, we were greeted by Debbie the host who is a credit to the dealership and was warm and welcoming. Mark Bailey was my car sales executive who again was warm and friendly and put me at ease immediately - he went through all the paperwork efficiently and then explained all the new features on my vehicle and helped me feel comfortable in driving an automatic as it was a while since I’d had the demo . I was apprehensive as I’ve never had an auto. I was also introduced to the Sales Manager again who was very nice. Keep up the good work guys , this is my sixth Toyota from Wakefield but my best experience
Having used Mercedes service for many years in the past, and been very satisfied, the service and care we experienced at Vantage is exceptional. The welcome we received is a smashing Yorkshire reception from Becky and from her Service colleague, Debbie. Both could not do enough to help and deliver a professional, friendly and efficient service. From entering the premises, you immediately get the right impression which unfolds with a little hospitality and then the total professionalism. Our issue with our car was quickly diagnosed and a resolution was in place straight away. Our thanks to all of the team at Vantage, Wakefield.
Always excellent service. I have been going to this dealer in its many changes from Seniors in the 80s, Advantage on Leeds Road, in the 90s Arriva, and here. Staff are great, and I feel confident in the service. Paul & Becky are great. The Mechanics need more exposure to customers too, since they do all the work on the cars.
