Went to sandal BMW today to collect my mates car only had it 5 weeks been stood in garage while snow about so took it for a dealer camera fitting we mentioned scored brake discs on this 7000 mile car and we were concerned as we've just been in a car accident. But BMW fitted the camera as there was an income from that and dismissed the brakes not even cleaned them now referring to this 6 month old car as a used vehicle as if it was an auction purchase very disappointed.

I went into this dealership to look at a 3 series. I was not acknowledged by a single member of staff and having spent time sitting in the car and trying to find a salesperson I walked back out again without having spoken to a single person. Nobody appeared to want to interact with me as at the first chance of eye contact your staff looked the other way. I have received considerably better service from other dealerships and would not be willing to part with my money at a place that clearly doesn't value it's customers.

An excellent service from Jamie in BMW sales. A wonderful experience buying the car. After sales was brilliant too. Just the right information was shared and the associated products. Highly recommended!!!

A great dealership. I drive over 140 miles for any servicing or work to my vehicle. The only BMW dealership I trust to do the right thing by the customer and my car.
