From the first call to the third text confirming reservation and deposit validation, Chris Audsley provided a very professional and courteous service. As someone who is meticulous with vehicle purchase I thoroughly vetted all aspects of the purchase from the site setup, to the payment security, to the quality of the workmanship. Me and my father were very impressed in regards to all these aspects and commended Chris upon departure for the wonderful experience thus. The vehicle was given due care and treatment, notably our vehicle was given a fair valuation and expedited with skill, diligence and care. Promised I would leave a review after purchasing my SLK. Have bought many many pre owned cars over the years and have had good service from almost all of the many dealers. This dealer is exceptional and the very best I have ever dealt with. If you are going to purchase a car go nowhere else. You will.not get a better vehicle and certainly no better service anywhere. AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolutely terrible company, dishonest, unreliable and downright deceitful. I was looking for a car and saw one at the Ossett Motor Group. As i live in Scotland it was quite a way to go, but the advert said the car was immaculate, in showroom condition and the first person to see would buy etc etc. With this in mind, i rang the company and asked if i could leave a deposit. I was told i could, so put down £100 and told it was refundable,and agreed that i would be there midday the upcoming Saturday. So i travelled down 300+ miles and arrived at the premises at the agreed time. First thing i noticed that the car was packed in with a load of other cars even though we had arranged the appointment time, so not the best of starts, but these things happen. I walked over to the car and was shocked to see a myriad of instant problems front bumper didnt line up with wings, hole in rear bumper, cover for roof rack missing, bonnet off colour with rest of car to name but a few. As the car was locked i didnt get to look inside but i would imagine there would be similar issues inside. It looked as if the car had been crashed and not repaired properly. I thought if they hadnt done the aesthetic things properly, perhaps the brakes or any other safety related issue might not have been correctly done either. Whilst looking, a guy came up to speak to me, although he actually then ignored me whilst he was on the phone, i said i was far from happy after spending a lot of time and money coming down to see a car that was advertised as immaculate, that was anything but. He didnt seem too bothered and i said i wanted my deposit back of which he said he would do it that day. Despite me asking for the deposit back a further 6 times and each time being assured i would be refunded, i have not received a penny back. So both in the description of the car and the promise of having the deposit returned, this company is dishonest and deceitful and advise anyone to avoid them who knows what else they may be doing.
Chris came across as a genuine guy with good intentions, also his prices were very reasonable. I appreciated his kindness, general manner & knowledge. I'm recommending him to friends.

Just excellent. Very friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable man. I think Chris makes it his personal mission to ensure every customer is 100% happy.. and then he goes the extra mile and then some! Very happy with my car and would recommend this garage to my friends and family. I'm now the owner of a Nissan Micra and smile every time I see it through the window. Thank you Chris! I were searching for a small reliable car and came across Highfield cars, I brought a small vauxhall Corsa as a temporary vehicle for a while, I'm happy so far as I haven't experienced any major issues and that the car was fully serviced with 12 months mot on the car at point of sale. Chris is a very pleasant and friendly to deal with, the customer service is second to none. Really happy
I bought my first car from Chris sometime last month. Such a nice genuine guy hard to find these days when buying a car nothing was an issue for him. I had a few questions after I bought the car and he was really helpful. Other half bought a fiat 500 from Chris, he was lovely, had the car MOT'd with no advisories before we purchased and told us if there were any issues we could give him a ring. Brilliant service from him and the car runs perfect! Will definitely buy from here again when the time comes!
