Absolute cowboys. Avoid at all cost. Phoned these guys twice before travelling over to see a van. I questioned if there were any issues in any way with the vehicle. They responded stating that the only issue was a small scrape on the side, nothing else. The actual issues with the vehicle are.. No spare wheel, no cage for spare wheel, no jack, no wheel brace, no towing eye, cruise control not operational, vehicle speed limit in place, little wear left on the clutch, coolant is filthy, bald front tyres, badly worn wipers. It's very clear that this guy is a con artist or has no idea about vehicles. The correct VAT number and address for the Republic of Ireland was supplied to the salesman. Ask him about it. The vehicle is currently off the road and will be imported into the Republic of Ireland when all the issues are addressed. No help has been given by you to resolve this. There was no fraud committed. You seem to be clutching at straws because you are completely in the wrong. Can you please make a statement regarding the issues above regarding the vehicle? I hope anyone from Ireland travelling over to buy a van from you reads this and doesn't waste their time. Feel free to explain any of the issues mentioned above. I have plenty of pictures to back up my statement. Thank you for the childish response to my previous message. It's clear that you in no way operate a professional business. By the way, never attempt to shake someone's hand in the middle of a pandemic. You have had several days to think of a response to the issues outlined above. Can you please make a statement regarding the faults listed which you failed to address or mention? I am glad to see that you have edited your response and removed the clown emoji's. It was very unprofessional to call your customer childish names. Future customers are likely to take heed before viewing your vehicles and purchasing one from you. Any chance of a reply? Your silence is deafening.
bought a 65 plate traffic-after 10 months the Turbo and engine went Manafacturer warranty had run out after 6 Months thought the dealer had given us the normal three months on top but hid behind the manufacturers warranty said I should of seen. The posters when I called them wasn’t sympathetic didn’t offer to help in anyway I thought with there contacts they could of found someone to source to get this van on the road I looking down the barrel of a two thousand pound plus cost Don’t be conned by they easy going and smiling faces they are just another old fashioned dealer get your money and run

Nice to meet Karl again today, I have bought 4 vans from him over the past few years for my company fleet. Took my brother down today to have a look around the vans and take one out for a test drive.
