Great service from Scott and Jake. Buying a used car can be an anxious experience especially when buying a performance car. These guys were very accommodating, even taking the car to an specialist for a pre-purchase inspection which it flew through. The specialist commented " I think they've restored my faith in dealers... I can tell you there aren't many like that - think that.
Highly recommended

The team at Sandal Auto were very good, both on the purchase of our new car and on the part exchange of our old car. They did what they said they would do, and were honourable in dealing with a small problem that arose after our purchase. The car was well prepared, superbly valeted and competitively priced in the marketplace. We'll definitely talk to Scott and the team when we want our next car. Overall, a great experience!

Absolutely brilliant no pressure sales by a friendly sale person. I bought a Mercedes E350 in mint condition. The problem started when I took the car back as the handbrake was sticking on. They said they would sort the problem no problem under warranty , so far so good. They rang to say the car was ready and when I picked it up they told me they had replaced the brake shoes and everything was working fine. It wasn't until I pulled up on my drive that I noticed a dirty hand print on the bonnet and as I went to clean it off I noticed some deep scratches on the bonnet that had been touched up. As I hand was the car every week, I know they weren't there prior to taking the car in to Sandal Auto for repair. I went straight back to them and showed them the scratches. A manager looked at them and  fobbed me off and told that they hadn't done it. I am 200% certain that they did and that they know it too as they had touched up the scratches. When I got into the car the following morning the handbrake was still sticking on. They do sell clean tidy cars but don't use their workshop as they are tellers of untruths.

Great buying experience no pressure all the advice we required and first rate experience of the market! I would definitely deal with the team again no problem. Last of all thanks.

Sales staff fantastic cannot fault them, pleasant and friendly. however we were offered a much lower price on our part exchange. We tried to negotiate but the manager made a statement that they only make £500 per vehicle so there would be no room for movment. The offer we made was only 3% off the asking price which we do not think is an unaceptable figure on something in the tens of thousands. Lesson learnt that we should of asked for a ball part figure before travelling over an hr to see the vehicle. Make sure you ask for this if you have a part exchange! The manager was pleasant enough but we felt he was quite uncooperative. Surely hes used to people bartering in the auto industry!!! We were just looking for maybe being met half way. We just felt the manager was quite dismissive. 

Edited - we contacted the dealership this morning and spoke to the sales manager Scott, he was friendly, understanding and willing to try and get a resolution suitable for both parties. Heres hoping that we can get to a solution and i could add that extra star!
