In the end I didn’t buy a car from JCT600, but the sales Tracy team were spot on! Attentive, helpful, did what they said they’d do when they said they’d do it. I would use this dealer if the right car came up.

I phoned the branch in regards of purchasing a car I was put through to a lady called Tracy macalpine she went through everything with got the colour I want and didn't after move out of my house . Absolutely fantastic service my car is ordered will be highly recommending Tracy to friends and relatives 110 % services Tracy macalpine is a credit to Wakefield branch keep up with the fantastic work . Had the pleasure of dealing with these guys especially Tracy excellent service and extremely knowledgeable and polite lady happy to help although I didn't end up purchasing due to finding quicker vehicle elsewhere if this wasn't the case I happily would of gone ahead due to the amazing service received

Extremely satisfied with the purchase of my new car! Oliver Slaney the salesman made the sale completely seamless from start to finish. No messing around at any point, constant communication during the wait period and very efficient. This is the second time I’ve used Volkswagen Wakefield and I will only go here moving forward.  Past dealerships experience is extremely poor in comparison to the experience I’ve had here. I like the small details such as receiving a drink and polite conversations. I particularly liked the online methods, this meant I didn’t have to travel back and forth to the dealership. I did most online and this was much more convenient with work schedules.

Went to vw Wakefield to purchase a new vehicle against the advise of my work colleagues who insisted to go to be bradford instead due to 3 of the aforementioned colleagues having a bad experience here.  It was a bad experience from the get go their attitude towards customers leaves a lot to be desired, the atmosphere on the floor was shocking didn’t feel like a valued customer, delivery time getting pushed back twice, repeated phone calls never returned.  This is not what I expect at all when buying my first new vehicle.  Edit: manager had a quick meet with me to be fair and rectified the situation although the saleswomen got a bit annoyed I complained even though she’s the only one I said was approachable.

Didn't actually buy a car as they didn't have the one in stock used car that I wanted. But the sales guy was very nice, he listen to what I wanted, researched what it was that I was after and then tried to find me the car. Very impressed as been let down by Bradford Audi in the past on two occasions as they couldn't care less but all three dealers I dealt with in Wakefield non were audi were brilliant

I would like to say a big thank you to Sam Hawtin for helping me decide what I want in car and amazing customer service from jct600.

Well picked up daughter 's car and she was over the moon with it. James was very helpful we can't fault him but all the team at vw wakefield are polite. Thank you James
