Great menu with so much choice it's difficult to choose! Every dish we had was well cooked, really tasty and obviously cooked from scratch . The only disappointment for me was that I was too full to have dessert! We'll definitely be back.
I visited Urquhart's Restaurant for the first time after an invitation from a long time friend. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. We both had the chicken dish as pictured below which we thoroughly enjoyed.
It’s a wonderful small family run restaurant!! We truly enjoyed the lunch with great tasty dishes of starters, main dishes and dessert. Reasonable price and very friendly staff.
Small restaurant located first floor staircase!. Although it appears relatively common in the first place, the cuisine turned out to be quite noteworthy. All our dishes were tasty and nicely served. Staff was pleasant, helpful and always available. Prices are reasonable.
Warm and inviting atmosphere. Very attentive staff and the food is absolutely delicious with a choice for everyone. Good choice of wines. Don't miss out on this little gem of a restaurant

I would consider reservations, as the wait was a half hour or so when we dropped by. The food was wholesome, flavourful, and reasonably portioned. The service was courteous and timely. Overall, a positive experience. *for reference, despite the name I have no direct relation to the owners/staff of this restaurant.
