The works completed on my Land Rover Discovery was first class. The workmanship was faultless and their communication was on point. Constant updates on the works being carried out and the hand over was professional and courteous.

Initially great - afterservice has been shocking. Poor workmanship, car has been "fixed" twice, car went back to Urban to fix again and they couldn't even be bothered to replace the half tank of fuel needed to get it back to sort their fault. EDIT - the car has been back in to Urban at our expense for more trim issues, flaking paint and squeeling brake pads in the past six months. Same abysmal service. Haldex Pump fault now suspected and Urban are refusing to acknowledge liability on a 15 month old vehicle bought new from them and still refusing to reimburse travel expenses despite sale of goods act. If you buy an Urban vehicle and something goes wrong - be prepared!! Spend your hard earned elsewhere.

Ordered some parts for my car on Urban's online store, called Urban for some clarification - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dispatch was immediate and parts arrived securely packaged with no delays. Urban have gained another happy customer
