Story

Giant Store Leamington opened in December 2015 - on the same site and ran by the same friendly team that operated The Bike Yard. Owners Richard Cheetham along with his brother Jonny Cheetham ex professional Downhill Mountain bike riders.

The development of The Bike Yard into a Giant Brand Store means we are now able to offer the most extensive range of Giant bikes and cycling gear in Royal Leamington Spa in an unrivalled retail environment, while still maintaining our high standards of customer service and expertise you've come to expect over the years. We also now have a dedicated Liv area in store where you can view the latest Liv women's bikes and accessories, as well as offering pro-level bike fitting service powered by WattBike.

At Giant Store Leamington we pride ourselves on offering great advice - so you can be sure to choose the right bike and cycling gear for improving your cycling experience - wherever you ride. Choosing the right ride is just the start of your adventure; we also offer bike fitting to improve your power output, balance & efficiency, advanced servicing, repairs & maintenance in our state of the art workshop, a wide range of cycling gear including parts & accessories and we're always happy to have a chat about your cycling so you can benefit from our years of experience.

I have used Billy, Johnny and their teams services for at least the last 5/6 years. They are fantastic…friendly, responsive, well priced, know their stuff…just a pleasure to do business with.
I changed my groupset back from a compact set up and couldn't get the Dow adjustment quite right when putting down some heftier power. The team at Giant Leamington squeezed me in despite a busy schedule, and didn't charge an arm and a leg for what a lot of bike stores would just charge the maximum they can for. Couldn't say enough about the professionalism and friendly local bike shop atmosphere the team conducts themselves with. Thanks again
Popped in after my other half got a flat tyre on her mobilty scooter while going around town. The guys in the store couldn't have done more, swapped the inner tube like an F1 team. Before we knew it we were back up and running. Top job, highly reccomend
Not just a shop that's driven on sales, over 20 years experience in the industry and at competitive level. This helps when trusting someone in selling you the correct bike for the job. It's a passion and a way of life.
I stopped by in the middle of a ride because I needed a minor tweak to fix a shifting issue but didn’t have the right tools. They fixed my bike and didn’t charge because it was a 5-minute job. They were busy, with multiple customers coming in during the short time I was there, but were quick to attend to everyone and were very engaging and helpful. I’m not a customer because they didn’t charge me for anything but if I needed a bike shop I’d happily become a customer here.
So I've just hit the big 50 now's the time to give my self a treat to a new bike...yep an Ebike. After months of looking around it come out the all new 2022 Giant Reign E + 0. I got in contact with Billy the owner/manager of the Giant Store at Leamington Spa and got the bike ordered. A week later I drove up, I was granted with a nice cuppa coffee I was looked after let's say. The bike was all ready built up, all there was to do was set the suspension. Billy took great care of that very professionally. Month later the bike is awesome I've had no problems what so ever. I highly recommend the Giant Store at Leamington Spa to anyone give Billy a call I'm sure there's a deal to be had.
It’s a friendly shop with nice people, but technically I would not say the best support. I have purchased a Giant bike which is great but it had been assembled so that the crank seized up on the first ride; I have had tubeless tires sold and fitted which come off on the rim first ride, and had incorrect replacement parts sold to me genuine mistake, but annoying.
After John Atkins tried to rip me off by quoting £40 then trying to up the bill to £308, I went to these guys instead. Fantastic, friendly service from thoroughly decent people- £26 to repair crank issues and excellent quality of work. Long may they thrive. Can't recommend highly enough!
Excellent service as always from Billy and the team at Giant Leamington. I absolutely LOVE my new Giant TCR. It is an absolute weapon and my third Giant bike. Top brand, reasonable prices and something for everyone
Purchased a Defy online another Giant retailer and needed a freehub replacing under warranty. Lewis was fantastic at Giant, L Spa, got all the warranty paperwork sorted and managed to fit me in to get the work done without taking my bike off the road for more than a day! Fantastic service...will definitely be visiting them again for all my cycling needs!
