I love the stuff at UNIQLO it's well made, great quality, well priced and it lasts a very very long time. The staff are very efficient helpful and knowledgeable. Most days they exceed expectations and the service is very consistent. I always love going here and would recommend it to other people.
We've never had a bad experience visiting any of the stores in their chain and this be another one. The service was great, the staff we saw were helpful and smiling to most of their customers. We were looking for kids clothes and there were enough on sale but wished that section was a little wider in range. Getting here, Stratford Docklands Light Railways/Central/Jubilee/Overground/TfL Rail/c2c/greateranglia or Stratford Bus Station which caters to many buses, through Westfield Stratford City, floor 1.
Best place to visit & shopping. Best brands under one roof. One of the top places in UK.
Heard the staff being very rude to an employee. She looked to be a manager and the attitude coming from her whilst other staff just listen in and do nothing about it is alarming. I don’t believe anybody in a working environment regardless of status should feel they are entitled to talk to staff members like that. - and this coldness radiates into store, the staff members seem to have no customer service skills and seem very rude, and snappy when you ask a question. These guys seriously need to have training on how to treat customers and one another. I won’t be coming back to this particular store again.
Excellent shop , Japanese famous brand , great choice of clothes , many different items , good choices and varieties, well organized, top class method of high tech self payment system, so simple and smart. I highly recommend it .
Buy a few things here and there from here, love the trends and clothing usually good value. Can be very busy at times but to be expected given location. Checkout technology to drop items in and pay is cool. A wide range of products across 2 floors. I prefer to buy things in-store so I can try them on also if you order online and return you will have to pay a charge. Staff are friendly and on hand. Returns for items bought at any store are free of charge.
Extremely unprofessional, rude, iIl-mannered and ill-informed staff. Handed an altered pair of online purchased trousers in exchange for the pickup receipt, only to accuse us of theft. Store Manager Alex with an extremely biased attitude towards female customers and no respect for families and children being around. From other reviews, it seems to be the trend in this store. This will be escalated to the highest level!
Avoid using click and collect at this store. Worst possible set up I’ve ever seen. Ended up waiting 40 minutes for click and collect as staff on duty didn’t know how to serve customers. Lack and level of care is astounding
My favourite place for new clothes. There were some security issues on my last visit, but the staffs dealt with it professionally and calmly. The store itself is really well organised as well
Nice clothes to choose from but can never find my size because it's always sold out.
