I went into store to buy a woolly hat as it was a particularly cold day and I had lost my previous one the night before. After about a minute I became aware of a staff member standing a foot away from me trying to look inconspicuous who then proceeded to shadow me round the store. I would have preferred a 'can I help you, sir?' Still I needed a hat so chose one and headed to the checkout to pay and was met with very curt responses to my purchase. Needless to say I will never enter any of their establishments again. Nice hat though shame about the 'G' on the front.

The store isn't that big, but then you wouldn't expect a big one in a station, staff are very helpful and friendly.
