Some clothes look cheap and tacky some look fine. I managed to find 1 cool jumper. Hoped for more. Store is clearly laid out. Looks like market aim is 15-30 I visited 1x at a promo discount event and enjoyed the blaring hip hop. Would like to see one in Brent Cross but with a bit less cheap tack and better quality looking cheap stuff. I.e. Better designs more interesting diverse. Dare to be different.

Horrible staff! I had several clothes I wanted to try on. When I reached the dressing room, this horrible woman (dark cropped hair and blue eyes) snapped at me “we’re closing in 4 minutes!” I asked her what I should do with the clothes I was holding as obviously I had no time. “I don’t know. Just buy them then!” I just put them on a nearby hanger. What a vile and awful member of staff. Bad attitude problem and obviously hates her job and her life. Get rid of her!

With regards to the store in Westfield Stratfrod,. My first impression is not good of the staff, they did not have a clue what dresses were in stock. I asked a shop assistant to get me another size while I was in the dressing room and she never came back. The staff not helpful or friendly and are lazy. I did buy a gorgeous dress which I love, some good key trend pieces you can pick up, the store layout is nice to.

Excellent customer service. Made an online order from the U.S. & had a few questions about my order. The ladies who contacted me via email were kind, fast and extremely helpful. Not to mention great clothing with great prices. Highly recommended

awful service i ordered next day delivery on tuesday to be told today on my birthday it wont come until Saturday and been horribly spoken too i definetly do not recommend
