Some of the best liquid prices I have found are here, always a decent sale on and the mods are fairly priced. A small shop that could do with some variation in flavours, one of the few UK Ecig stores left that I personally go to. The staff have always been friendly, no problems with returning mods subject to terms and a generally good buzz about the place. They could do with an expansion though!
Again I am at another cross roads with UK E-cig store; if there was a option for 3 1/2 stars I would of put that. Firstly the customer service in this store is fantastic and very welcoming to this store in which make it a good experience for customers. The negative side I don't like is how I have to look at everything behind a glass screen; it really gives off the impression you do not trust people and when walking into a shop it makes you feel like are a criminal. It is not a shop I could stay in and relax in as much as I want to because this shop does not have a welcoming feel, it just seems that you haven't had the greatest response of reviews about the other shop so you have opened this one to take pressure of that store. I would like to say thank you to your staff that work there, they are fantastic and deserve a pay rise or a night out on you as a business therefore if it wasn't for them I would not come back.
READ BEFORE YOU BUY: The customer service is great as long as you want to buy something. When I decided to walk away realising I was getting ripped of by £20-£30, one of the staff members which I believe to be the manager started being passive aggressive. I would HIGHLY recommend to buy your e-cigarette online as I personally saved £30 by doing so. To the shop: I know you have targets to meet and business is very competitive, but on the long-run only excellent customer service and care will help you strengthen you brand and increase your sales. Manager was very rude, then became nice again and again started being passive aggressive. Thank you for your time anyways and all the best to you! Other than that, the other staff members are lovely and make you feel very relaxed. 2 stars as 1. prices are too high compared to online 2. poor customer service and very obvious that main target is to up-sell 3. had to argue for 15 minutes to prove my vape was not working perfectly
Very helpful at all times. I've had my tank glass broken a few times and they've replaced it for free. Also changed my coil just now for free, washed it throughout. I've been here for over a year and really like the store.
- Regular customer for over a year Couldn't recommend this store enough. 10/10 - Huge amount of choice of liquids, vapes, mods, tanks etc - They have a set up where you can try a range of flavours to see what works for you - try before you buy very helpful - Great for those who are just entering the world of vaping and need a hand navigating all the confusing options, as they did with me. - Equally great for the more advanced vapers looking for more specific parts or advice - The staff are amazing, such a friendly atmosphere and they have many times in the past helped me with any problems I've had. Whether it is their product or just a fellow vaper, they are eager to help the community and help people to stop smoking, this is their main goal. Overall: They fulfil all the needs that a vape store should, and the friendliness of the staff and service goes above and beyond.
New to vaping and a low-intensity smoker, I wanted a simple beginner product. Simone and Ioannis who where on shift that day were more than happy to help, took time to present the range and very patient it was right before the closing!. Great customer service and great vibes altogether. Would definitely recommend!
The staff are Great, experts and very cooperative I went with my brother to test the flavor and could not leave the place until we bought all kinds. The way the display and provide testers is awesome all you need is to bring your mod and your drip. Every thing is set over-there to test over 100 liquid Good job UK ECIG
My first visit to the Camden branch and I was equally impressed as I am with the wembley branch, my local. I ran out of liquid at work and dashed to pick some up on my break. Walking into the store I was greeted pretty much instantly. The young lady was polite and helpful and within minutes I was paying and ready to leave. Another member of staff offered to mix my liquids with nicotine as well. Had I more time on my hands I would’ve accepted. A nice touch. I look forward to the next time I run out of liquid or am in the area to shop here again. Thanks
Service: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 Knowledge: 10/10 It's very rare I give such a perfect score but the team today were amazing! This is by far the best branch of the 3 I know. My friend started his vape journey today and has decided this is the go-to place!
Possibly the best vape shop i've seen in London and ive been to a fair few. The staff are super friendly and always willing to help. I went in for info on RDA's as i was tired of vaping with Tanks... They explained absolutely everything to me and recommended me a set up suitable for me.. They didn't do what other Vape shops do and recommend a kit which costs around £100 and is extremely complicated. Instead they explained all the options to me and recommended me the Vandyvape Mesh dripper. They set it all up for me and showed me exactly what i needed to do. they literally spent about 35 mins with me and not once did i feel rushed. They were very keen and happy to help.... Most importantly i have never been happier with my Vape and after a few google reviews, they actually recommended me the best possible dripper given my experience and the whole kit only cost me £25 !! - Its worlds ahead of any tank i have ever used, it looks stunning ! - only problem now is i can't seem to put the vape down. I would highly recommend this shop.
