Great place to stay and catch up with old friends or visit with family members, excellent food and drink. Staff are very professional. A big gem in the heart of London.

Great place. Had a nice relaxing lunch with my better half. Love the new entry system.

90% of the staff doesn't speak English language. I asked for tea, they brought me Cheese... The Restaurant Manager is absolutely rude person the guy with the glasses and east European Accent. I stayed in the Hotel before two years ago, and definitely was much much better.

Great value for money staff super friendly and helpful. Would recommend membership to any service military or veterans.

My favourite 2nd home. I absolutely love spending time here. Rooms clean and tidy. Staff friendly and the food extremely good and a good quality. Love it.

What a great hotel. Super location. It really is across the road from Waterloo Station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful if you're not plant based. This was the view from our room.
