Gratitude fills me as I reflect on my experience with here. From the moment I stepped in to purchase bugs for Yoshi the chamel their commitment to care and knowledge was evident. As a new chameleon mom, the thought of Yoshi laying eggs initially stressed me out, but their expert guidance and encouragement made the journey far less daunting. Their dedication to educating customers like me not only eased my worries but also ensured the well-being of our scaly friends. When I expanded my reptilian family to include Tank the bearded dragon, I encountered new challenges, particularly his reluctance to eat salad. However, the team here was unwavering in their support. Their wealth of knowledge and thoughtful suggestions transformed Tank's eating habits, making a tremendous difference in his health and happiness. I am endlessly grateful for the exceptional care and guidance provided here. Their passion for reptiles shines through in every interaction, and I couldn't be happier to entrust my beloved pets to their expertise.
I absalutly LOVE this place and the Staff!!! They always make me feel so welcomed! Even when I have to bring my 3 kids and Service Dog. I buy everything here for my rabbits, to my dogs. If they do not have it, they see if they can order it in. Honestly, I LOVE this place. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. They are very knowledgeable also! :
Friendly and helpful. I have been a few times to get supplies for my partners snakes, I have no knowledge of snake care and the staff were amazing and helped me get what I needed. Also the best prices for frozen “snake food” in bellville. Also very clean and the animals all look happy.

Great place, family owned and operated. Very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly people. This place offers a personal touch which you won't get at any of the other pet stores in this area.
IMO The best pet store in Belleville! Some of the stuff is a biiiiit pricey , but comapred to other pet stores these people actually care about their animals in their care and when they leave and all the animals that come through the doors with their owners/costumers too. They have thorough knowledge of everything pet related from land, air and sea. If you need to know something ASAP and you can't get into or ahold of your vet, we just ask them and they usuaully always know. Obviously if it's serious go to the vet tho! But for little things like what does your pet like best to eat or stuff like that they're awesome for. The people working are always super nice and the selection of pets to buy is ENORMOUS and eclectic. Birds, bugs, spiders, reptiles, bunnies, fishies and so much more. I haven't physically been in the store in a year now but we go for reptile food all the time and unlike other stores they aren't always puney or half dead. The environment of the store is a bit chaotic when open, but chaotic like a happy zoo with every animal trying to talk over each other to be heard lol. But this is a store for animals and for their happiness and comfort, not for yours! So if you're looking to buy a healthy pet or need some more exotic type of pet food these guys are you best bet and I highly recommend! ‍ Totally forgot to add these pictures when I was in there last and I just realized now when i was looking through my camera roll lol. Nothing new to newish to update. You can shop in store now with a mask of course and like always this store is awesome and I highly recommend it for any and every pet need . They now have more birds available to buy tho in the tiny side store that's connected to it too
Amazing place to visit and shop! They have everything and are often able to get, or direct you on where to get, something that might not be a regular stock item. Great prices with knowledgeable / friendly staff who take great care of the animals.
I recently went there to pick out a new pet to add to my little loved menagerie. They have a variety of animals, supplies and foods. The place had no smells, it was clean, the enclosures were clean and they provide enrichment for most of the animals. Also the two gentlemen who served me were very nice as well. Over all it was a great experience.

Amazing store, the current owners Rob and Crystal hope I spelled her name the right wau are extremely knowledgeable, and their animals are well cared for. Usually have a decent selection of ball pythons and bearded dragons their son owns Draco Upscale Exotics and breeds beardies and other lizards They also carry quite a few tarantulas and scorpions. Definitely a great place to shop
