Great setup and service. Wanted some gravel for my fish tank and didn't know how much it would take. The gentleman on shop floor advised me correctly as I was looking at a bag and half. He said would only take one. Good prices on stock in shop and helpful service.
I am so impressed with this pet store. I am not from Leeds and have recently moved locally to the shop, I’ve been looking for a shop and I couldn’t be more impressed. The store has pretty much everything you could ever need for your pets. I myself am an avid fish keeper and was blown away by the amount of quality stock and friendly advice from the staff. I will definitely be a repeat customer, Thankyou.

Attentative staff that know their animals and the reptiles they are selling. Very helpful and kind with a large selection of animal products. They also care about who the animals go to, ensuring you are ethically looking after the animals and have the correct equipment.
Me and my partner were struggling massively with our rescue pup - 1 year old staff/whippet. I went to paws for thought on Saturday nearly in tears. The team were great. Supported us to get her settled and advised what was best to do this. Four hours after the advise given and products purchased we had one settled pup in a crate with the door open - never did we think we would see the day. Thank you so much to you all for giving us our life back and helping us get our pup settled in her new home so well.
It's rare to see a pet supply shop that cares not only has the breadth knowledge these guys and gals possess about pet care but that also look after their livestock properly. When they claim to be experts in bird care, unlike most other shops in Leeds, these guys actually mean it. Hats off.
Excellent pet shop. Has fantastic choice and everything is well stocked. Staff are really helpful and friendly too. Would be fair to say, probably one of the best, if not the best, pet shop in Yorkshire.
We found all we needed for our newest family member, Milo the rabbit is very happy with quality of products, and my cornsnake Beej just devours their frozen rats, good prices friendly helpful staff
I got my to turtles from here. I can insure you they are the best pet shop in Leeds. Ps my turtles are doing brilliant
Visited this store several times over a few weeks while I Wass stocking my fish tank. Plenty of choice and the staff are friendly and helpful.
