Story

We currently operate 60 stores around the UK with plans to open further stores during the course of 2015. We are continually looking for additional store locations which will allow us to continue to service you and your pets.

All stores have friendly and knowledgeable store teams available to provide impartial product advice to helping you choose your perfect pet.

Our website contains specific pet pages which contain pet care booklets which can be downloaded which provide essential health and product tips.

Nice staff. Happy to help. we go every week for our dogs gluten free food. They let you know if you could get a better deal with another brand or if an offerer is on saved us few quid on last visit.🐶

Me and my family went there on last Sunday to look at animals, one of the staff was extremely friendly with my kids, she took out the guinea pig, and the rabbit and my kids have chance to pet them, so thank you very much for her,( I think her name was Leah) because after that both of my kids was so happy and they talk about that all day long.

Bought fish from here twice before when the tanks still looked healthy, the fish ended up wiping out half of my community tank with the disease they were carrying.

Came in this week to find the tanks covered in algae and full of waste. One tank filled with 4 dead fish being picked at by the rest and a few dying on the bottom in the same tank. 

Do not buy fish from here, don't fuel the cruelty and slow death this store subjects their fish to. You wouldn't leave a rabbit or even a hamster in a box filled with faeces and their dead siblings so why do that to fish? It's almost as though they do not consider them as living, feeling creatures.

Still wonder why they give a 24 hr guarantee on their fish instead of a 7 day guarantee like pet shops which are aware of how to properly take care of fish? The fish are all either dying or falling ill due to the disgusting filth they are forced to spend the rest of their days in.
