I ordered £152 worth of goods on October 1st - chased and told would be sent next day , since then radio silence , website down and I have no goods and highly out of pocket . Previously been great , very concerned - update, PayPal have refunded me - I suggest anyone else with unfilled orders raises claim with your bank or means of payment
I think Monster have gone into or about to go into administration. They failed to complete my order but have not returned the £30 for the product that was out of stock. Despite reassurance on the telephone they would refund my bank account the following day it has been almost 2 weeks now. My email ignored and now their phones and ordering facility online are unavailable.
I have had a monthly subscription for the supply of my cat litter from this company for years. They stopped supplying the cat litter in June 2023 but have continued to charge me for it every month and have not refunded my payments. They told me 11 days ago that my June, July and August payments would be refunded within a 'few days'. They still have my money. They have not once done what they said they would do to resolve this. This has moved from incompetent to dishonesty.
I placed an order on the 15/09 and estimated delivery 22/09. I chased for an update on 21/09 as I hadn't heard anything and was informed my order hadn't been dispatched and was still in warehouse. Then I get an email for Yodel useless on 23/09 to say we have your order. I had to chase again as the order seemed stuck in depot for days. No apology from Monster Pet Supplies ! Eventually recieved on 27/09. Why estimate delivery if you cannot get package out to customers? If I had known it would take 12 days I would of shopped elsewhere. Not good enough Monster Pet Supplies.
I ordered 200.00 worth of pet supplies and was told that I would get delivery a week later at the end of September. The delivery did not come and no notifications about delivery. Called Monster and asked where it was, they said it was delayed as some items out of stock did not bother to inform me so I cancelled order and now over a week later no reimbursement and I can't even get though to find out where my money is. This is not a small amount of money so I am now without pet food and without money. I would like my money reimbursed asap!
Same issue as others. Order placed. No delivery. No refund and unable to contact by phone or web. Will have to claim through credit card. Must have gone under.
Please read this review before buying from Monster Pet Supplies. I do not recommend using this company and I would urge potential buyers to read the 1 and 2 star ratings left by unhappy customers, which make up a worrying and significant fraction of their overall user ratings. My bag of hypoallergenic dog food arrived with a large ragged hole in it which I believe may be the result of a rodent attack, possibly the result of infestation during storage, as the black outer transit sack was undamaged. Please see photo below. The transit sack was opened outside of the companies 30 day refund period, as it was for our small Cavapoo who had taken over 30 days to consume the first and undamaged bag of food, which was ordered at the same time. Monster Pet Supplies were extremely unhelpful, apparently unconcerned and refused to replace the bag of food which is likely unfit for consumption due to potential harmful contamination and the effects of not being sealed for an extended period of time. They did offer me a 10% refund, which I refused on the basis that I would be leaving a truthful review of my experience for other people to read. Edit 20 August 2022 Interesting. You say that "all the evidence provided suggests the damage happened in transit". I've described how the outer thick black delivery sack was undamaged, and yet the inner food bag had a large hole in the side. Surely, if the damage had been caused in transit, then the black delivery sack would have been punctured also? It seems to me that the evidence points to damage occurring before transit, wouldn't you agree? Maybe you have evidence to the contrary. May I suggest that you share this evidence, as without it, your claims are unsubstantiated. Also, please advise if this expensive and potentially contaminated bag of dog food is suitable for animal consumption.
As with the other comments, ordered £50 of goods with no delivery. Unable to contact them as the phones are always straight to voicemail and they have now disabled their facebook account. Have to put in a chargeback via the bank. Shocking.
Delivery date 27/9, date passed with no delivery, emailed and no reply, called up and cancelled order as it wouldn’t arrive in time, was told refund would be in my PayPal account in 2 days… 7 days later still no refund so went directly through PayPal who resolved the same day.
It's so obvious now that this company have gone under I've been waiting since 6th of october I have since gone back to my bank and they have reimbursed me I suggest everyone go to their bank it's out rageous that they took the order knowing what was happening
