Arrived for lunch. Several ales were unfortunately unavailable, however after a slight delay due to the barrels being changed, I received a refreshing pint. The whitebait starter arrived quickly and was delicious. We wait over half an hour before the waiter checked our order. We were then unapologetically presented with dry, burnt, barely edible mains. The staff comped our drinks and mains, however we chose to leave without eating anything further. Hope this was a one off.
Pleasant drink and meal out; good pint in a nice clean venue without excessive noise, but still a cozy atmosphere. Food was prepared quickly, portions were reasonable, and were fresh out of the kitchen. Recommended for families as well.
Stopped by the Two Rivers Pub and had a great time. Really good atmosphere, solid food and drinks, and awesome service. Big shoutout to Amie she was super friendly, quick, and made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. Definitely coming back.
Excellent visit. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The table was perfect with plenty of space for old creaky folk and the food was very good, my Sea Bass was cooked perfectly. Food arrived smartly as well despite the place being nicely busy. Well attended throughout. No piped music either! A plus. Will call again..
Life saving food! Emma and chef literally saved our lives. Lined the stomach prior to the races! Great place and even better staff
