We were here for an early evening meal on a Sunday. I have the trio of meat which had enough meat for a week and an enormous Yorkshire pudding. My sister in law had the pork run out of crackling I've never seen one that big! A great mix and volume of veg, 3 roast potatoes, sadly not crispy. The meat tasted a bit like it had been sitting around a while.nnVery good value, attentive staff in a busy restaurant.
We had a decent burger but then the worst steak that I’ve ever seen served. It tasted so burnt it was inedible and you could smell the burnt-ness from the other side of the table. Cooked very poorly where it essentially had a raw strip in the middle and uneven cooking time each side. Clearly defrosted and started to cook when it’s too cold in the centre and done very badly. Had to wait over 20mins for food when not busy, no-one came to check if things were ok after delivery and then no-one came to clear plates for 15 min after we finished despite a waiter walking past multiple times. So we left and unlikely to return for food
Disappointing meal on Monday, chicken salad was good but with the burger and chips the burgers were over cooked. It took quite some time to get a drink when we arrived.nnThe atmosphere was none existent as there was hardly anyone in there. Toilets could benefit from a good clean.
We have passed so many times when we stay at Greenways farm in drybrook . So we thought we would book in as it was our wedding anniversary! Well what can I say , the atmosphere and the food was amazing, and to top it off our waitress Kelly was so helpful and friendly and amazing. Defo going back
Lovely staff, I was a walk in on a busy night so sat in the bar area. Food was incredible, it's been a long time since I enjoyed every single mouthful of a meal... Everything about it was spot on veg just right, meat perfect, etc. Talented live singer too, so an unexpected treat, would definitely recommend
