Great location, in centre of town half way between train station and bus station. Its new in town for accommodation but with local historic interest and decorated by photographs of the area. The owner Mick is knowledgeable and is there most of the time to make sure your stay is comfortable. Its inexpensive, very clean and eco friendly. There is a kitchen to make microwave meals, coffee, tea and toast. Small bar open in the evening used mainly by locals.

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Immaculately clean, I'd say well above hotel standards. The owners are super friendly, very passionate and proud of the place. Lots of the history in the building itself. Definitely would recommend to everyone and I'll come back next time I'm in the area. P.S. Got to try some of the gins at the bar. Great selection!

It's hard to fault this hotel. It was comfortable, friendly, and spotlessly clean. The facilities (including a lovely bar!) were excellent.

Excellent accommodation, very clean throughout the rooms and bathrooms. Nice communal areas. Highly recommended.

Interesting Morris dancing themed decor in bar. Bright lighting and large tables spoil the atmosphere though.
