Lovely and knowledgeable staff but was extremely disappointed on my last visit. I initially booked in to have my wing mirror diagnosed to understand the issue of it moving and to be provided a quote. When I was called to say if was done, I did not anticipate the £550 cost. TWG did not call me to consult with going ahead with the work and that to me is an important part of communicating whether this should be carried out or not and if I’d like to go ahead. Left the garage feeling frustrated and have not gone back for further works.
Excellent service Before going to TWG garage / before hearing about them, I've tried two other 'BMW specialists' garages and none of them could of determine the problem. If I listened to these garages I would of been out of pocket by a lot of money with the problem still not sorted. I called up TWG, a lady in reception booked me in. On a day after few hours, technician diagnosed the real issue quickly, which saved me a lot of money and fixed the actual problem.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
Consistently outstanding. Always knowledgeable & trustworthy, thanks to Will & his team for taking care of both my BMWs since 2010/11 - making it very difficult, if not impossible, to change car manufacturers! Make sure you book well in advance, but safe in the knowledge there's nobody better to look after your car.
Great customer service. Frendley staff' Pleasure to deal with. TWG diagnosised previous garage put incorrect coolant in car. Flushed and replaced. Couple of other miner issues taken care of. Will be booking winter service with you guys. Thanks for all your advice Andy.
Excellent ethics and trustworthy. Reliable and competent, only complaint is it can take a while to get a booking. Have used TWG for about 5 years and have had no issues.
Good value? certainly. Workmanship? Easily better than the BMW dealer and they have all the BMW approved kit and diags. Difficult to get booked, book early. Lost a star because Bit of an issue with workload management meaning the work was started late and unexpectedly the car not ready in a day, causing some personal disruption. If I use them again I would plan a contingency day.
Outstanding service and support, refreshing to see good customer service does still exist! This is in stark contrast to main dealer BMW servicing I had to endure during my warranty period. I'll be a returning customer and I'd encourage others to consider TWG to look after your BMW. Keep up the good work, thanks again.
Will is one of the most approachable and communicative mechanics I have ever met. I have always been happy with the advice, work and prices charged at TWG. The only downside is having to book 4-5 weeks in advance to get work done, but this just shows that so many people locally trust the work that TWG do. I regularly recommend TWG to friends, family, etc if they have a BMW or Mini.
