A great garage. Very down to earth and normal guys there, but very knowledgeable. The team are friendly and great at explaining things as well as providing great service with courtesy car. Just be aware, satnav can be a bit funny getting there, so go into maps and look at the roads in satellite mode is my advice! All round a great experience, much much better than visiting a official VAG dealer. Cheaper, easier faster and better. Would highly recommend!

Tim and Paul have been looking after my supercharged R32 for nearly 10 years. I first took my car to them after a recommendation to sort out poor running after another tuner fitted a Rotrex supercharger and failed to get it running properly. After that first visit they fixed all the faults and got it running perfectly, I haven’t been anywhere else since. They really know their stuff and their work is always top notch. I have to make a 130 mile round trip to get to them which is well worth it.

Done 3 hour round trip to discuss mapping the car and rhey never bothered getring back to me. Waste of time.

I needed my timing chains replacing on my R32 (a big job). The Phirm was recommended to me and Paul and Tim looked after me the whole way through. Replacing my chains, clutch, flywheel and even a section of broken exhaust. Paul kept me updated and they did their best to keep costs down for me. My car is like new and I will definitely be using them in the future. I would highly recommend using these guys. Big thanks.

The only place to take a VAG car. I’ve known and used Tim and Paul for nearly 17 years. They’ve always looked after my cars, they’ve helped maintain all our work vehicles, as we only by VW. They’ve also helped modify and add performance and reliability to some of our more sporty vehicles. I’ve always liked their approach, no-nonsense, these are the facts, I’ve always appreciated how they will go the extra mile to get your car in perfect working order.
